Situated on level ground, 20m to N of stream, in gently undulating pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 26m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.95m; int. H 0.3m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The bank has been revetted on the vertical exterior face on all sides with drystone rubble walling. The bank has been eroded by livestock NNE-ESE leaving the external revetting standing proud of the interior of the rath. The bank has been eroded away NNW-N. A break (Wth 2m) in the bank and a ramp to the exterior at NNE marks the position of the original entrance. There is a modern break (Wth 1.8m) in the bank with a ramp to the exterior at SW.
