What is recorded here
On a rise in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 57.4m N-S; 55.6m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.5-3.7m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 0.1-0.2), which is best preserved W-NNW (at W: Wth 3.2m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.5m) where it is separated by a fosse (at W: Wth of base 1.2m; D 0.4m) from an outer bank (at W: Wth 3m; ext. H 0.5m). There is an entrance (Wth 4m) at N. There are two grass-covered cairns (RO054-061002-; RO054-061003-) (diam. 2.5-3.5m; H 0.1-0.4m) just S of the centre, which are probably clearance cairns.
