Creevaghmore holds a forgotten ringfort where a low earth bank still circles a pasture rise. People may have lived inside that oval before the grass swallowed the entrance and the stones broke into soil. The fairies took the fort from human memory, but the ground remembers the shape of the door and the line of the wall.

On a low rise in pasture. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a raised oval area (c. 38m WNW-ESE; c. 35m NNE-SSW) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone with a shallow intervening fosse and traces of a possible outer bank.
