Fairy fort in Coolacoosane, County Cork, is a circular earthwork with a low stone bank and a narrow entrance facing east. It sits on a natural rise above pasture, marked by cultivation ridges that cut across the interior. People may have lived there, farmed there, or simply avoided it after dark. The fort still keeps its shape, waiting for someone to remember why it was built.

In pasture, atop natural rise. Roughly circular area (21m E-W; 20m N-S) enclosed by low earth and stone bank (int. H 0.4m) WSW->NNE; wide bank of grass-covered debris topped by dry-stone wall NNE->WSW. Entrance (Wth 2m) to ESE. Cultivation ridges cross interior on N-S axis.
