Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballynahow (Ballycahill parish) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballynahow (Ballycahill parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It sits on a southwest-facing slope just off the hill summit, with Ballynahow River at the base to the south. A slight bank about 2.8 metres wide defines a slightly oval area measuring 24.8 metres north-south and about 18 metres east-west. The site has been levelled, and the landowner did not remember the fort.

Situated on a SW-facing slope in undulating pasture, just off the summit of a hill, with Ballynahow River at the base of the hill to the S. A slight bank is visible above ground (Wth c. 2.8m) defining a slightly oval area (diam 24.8m N-S; c. 18m E-W). The site has been levelled and the landowner did not remember the fort. Though slightly smaller than the average ringfort, its appearance on ground and depiction in the cartographic record suggest this was a ringfort.
