What is recorded here

Castle Hill in East Renfrewshire, Scotland, still carries the shape of a medieval castle, though no intact tower or named lord appears in the surviving identification. The hill may have watched fields, trade or local conflict while people moved through that landscape, and it may have lost its buildings before written memory reached it. It remains a marked castle place rather than a finished story, inviting caution and imagination instead of invented certainty.
