Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched artificial slate roof, rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with square-headed openings with rendered sills and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening having timber panelled door chamfered panels and single pane overlight.
This well maintained and attractive house makes a positive contribution to the Dunmanway streetscape. The retention of historic features such as the sash windows, carved door and cast-iron rainwater goods adds to its character.
