What is recorded here

Drumirril holds Enclosure D, a marked feature within County Monaghan that connects to prehistoric rock art. O’Connor’s 2006 thesis described it as part of an inscribed landscape, not a random shape. The stones may have guided people through ceremony, memory or boundary. Even without more, the enclosure still suggests that human life moved through this place with purpose.
