What is recorded here
Grave Yd. is a roughly oval graveyard in County Carlow, Ireland, holding the remains of a church, a font, a cross and a children's burial ground immediately to the north. It is not a empty field or a forgotten dot; it is a place where life, death, belief and loss still meet. The children's ground stands apart, as if the adults knew some sorrow must be kept separate. That separation is the heart of the site: love, fear and tenderness shaped the place before recordkeeping began.
