Field boundary in Drombohilly Upper

In rough hill pasture, on a ridge on a N-facing slope, overlooking Kenmare Bay. The remains of a curvilinear stone wall (T 0.5m; H 0.3m) protrude above the surface of the bog (D 0.2m) and extend to the W for c. 95m, passing c. 1m N of a multiple-stone circle (KE109-003001-). The wall then disappears under the surface of the bog for c. 28m and re-emerges for a further c. 26m. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
