Dunnaman Court Tomb

Dunnaman Court Tomb in County Down is an unusually long gallery built of split granite, with surviving jamb stones suggesting four original segments. The missing court stones and cairn imply a larger structure that time has erased, leaving only the narrow chamber behind. Whoever entered that dark passage walked through stone fitted with patience, carrying death or memory into a place now reduced to its longest line.
