What is recorded here
Two parallel, large roundwoods (diam. 0.09m) were located on the field surface immediately W of a drain (exposed Wth 0.2m) and arranged 0.2m apart. One displayed a toolmark. A single brushwood was laid parallel to each roundwood, along their N sides. The N roundwood had five, closely set, small brushwood pieces bent over it, hurdle-like. These sloped downwards against the S side of the roundwood. A third roundwood (diam. 0.06m) with a similar orientation was located 0.08m below the S rod. (Dunne 1999, 15, 99DR0003A)
