What is recorded here

One tall stone still stands in Cumber, County Derry, though no human hand is recorded setting it. It may have marked a boundary, a burial or a warning, but that purpose has drowned into uncertainty. What remains clear is endurance: the stone is still standing while every name and event around it has blurred.
