Terraced four-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, having recent canted bay window to front (north-east) and gable-fronted two-storey return to rear (south-west). Pitched slate roofs with rendered eaves course, chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Pitched artificial slate roof with recent rooflights to return, hipped artificial slate roof to canted bay window. Rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout, having replacement two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front elevation, having replacement timber panelled door and single-pane overlight. Rendered enclosing walls with replacement cast-iron railings to front, having square-profile gate piers and replacement cast-iron gate. Associated garden to north-east across road within rendered enclosing wall.

Built as part of a terrace of similarly designed houses, this building is an integral component of the Courtmacsherry streetscape. Though much of its historic fabric has been replaced, its traditional character could be reinstated, using istoric features from the terrace as templates. Set overlooking the sea, this terrace adds significantly to the village's character and charm.
