End-of-terrace five-bay two-storey house, built c.1820. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, rendered eaves course and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls to house, having channelled quoins to front elevation and rendered sill band to first floor of front elevation. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and moulded render surrounds. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor. Square-headed door opening to front elevation, having rendered surrounds and lozenge moulding, timber panelled door and single-pane overlight. Detached formerly associated five-bay two-storey outbuilding, now in use as domestic residence. Rendered enclosing wall surmounted by cast-iron railings, having square-profile gate piers and cast-iron railings.

Located at the end of a terrace of similarly designed houses, this building is an integral component of the Courtmacsherry streetscape. It has maintained much of its character through the retention of numerous items of historic fabric including sash windows, cast-iron rainwater goods, slate roof and cast-iron railings.
