Sweat Ho is a ruined sweathouse on a west-facing slope in County Leitrim, marked only on the 1907 map and buried beside a small stone cairn. It may have been a place where people sat in darkness and heat until their skins tightened and their minds blurred, but no house or road remains to prove it. The slope, the stream and the forgotten wall are all that are left to imagine the ceremony.

Located towards the top of a W-facing slope, and c. 30m S of the head of an E-W stream. It is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map and built into a stone wall but with no houses in the vicinity. There is a small cairn (diam. c. 2m) here.
