Stone head in Cornalee is a stone head in Cornalee, County Roscommon, Ireland. It is a medieval limestone head, 0.17m high, 0.12m wide and 0.12m thick, thought locally to have come from the O'Kelly castle at Cornalee. It was kept at a house in Coolnageer before entering the National Museum of Ireland.
