Terraced three-bay four-storey commercial building, built c. 1900. Rendered stepped parapet having central scroll pediment. Rendered walls with decorative eaves course, moulded continuous sills, and having impost mouldings to third floor. Round-headed openings to third floor and square-headed openings to first and second floors, having moulded render surrounds and replacement uPVC windows. Round-headed door opening with pair of timber glazed doors. Timber shopfront with fixed windows to ground floor.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The façade is enlivened by the decorative render detail, which articulates the form of the building. The building is of apparent architectural design, and retains interesting features such as the round-headed windows, square-headed windows, round-headed door opening and decorative parapet. The building forms an interesting pair with the adjoining building to the west.
