Terraced three-bay four-storey over basement house, c. 1825, having camber headed window openings with moulded surrounds and parapet with heavy cornice; slate hipped roof and rendered walls.

Although the original windows have been replaced the fenestration pattern has been retained, as have other details such as the cast iron railings and moulding to the façade. This large south facing building contributes significantly to the streetscape.
