Semi-detached two-bay three-storey house, c. 1790, with annexe to rear, having slate roof and rendered chimney stack, plain roughcast render finish, replacement uPVC casement windows, square headed door opening with recessed modern entrance door; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear; one of a pair.
Although much altered, this mid-Georgian building retains importance as part of a pair.
