Terraced three-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, with dormer extension; wide roof soffit and round-headed door opening having heavy moulded surround; slate pitched roof with slate hung pitched roofed dormer extension; plain render finish to ground floor with rough cast render finish to upper floors.
One of an intact terrace, which although altered in terms of fenestration and roofline retains its proportions and moulded door surround and is situated on an elevated and prominent site. Windows and door are uPVC.
