Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1850, now in use as retail outlet. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rendered parapet and moulded render eaves course. Rendered walls with moulded render panels between floors. Replacement uPVC windows to upper floors. Shopfront, c. 1970, comprising of fixed windows flanking glazed door.

This building forms part of an imposing terrace with the adjoining buildings to the north. The scale and form of this group make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, this group remains a significant contributor to the urban landscape.
