Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1830, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls to upper floors and plastic cladding to ground floor. Shopfront, c. 1980, comprising of aluminium fixed window and glazed door.
The scale and form of this former house make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. Though altered to the ground, the upper levels of the building retain interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and slate roof.
