One of a pair of semi-detached three-bay three-storey houses, built 1870, with square-headed door opening and moulded surrounds to openings; low garden retaining wall with railings. Rendered walls. Slate pitched roof with dormer extension added, c. 1980.
A large semi-detached house on an elevated site with front garden and retaining wall typical of the houses on this side of Summer Hill, which is relatively intact despite refenestration with uPVC.
