End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey over basement house with dormer attic, c. 1830, with round-headed doorway having Ionic doorcase; three-bay to south façade, with cast iron railings to basement well and to communal front parking area. Asbestos tile pitched roof with roof lights. Painted rendered walls.
One of an intact terrace which overlooks the city and is situated on a prominent site. Many original or historic features retained such as timber sash windows, Ionic doorcase and railings to front.
