Terraced three-bay three-storey over raised basement house, c. 1835, with single-bay recessed entrance wing and garden to front having cast iron railings; round headed doorway with modern doorcase. Slate hipped roof with wide eaves. Rendered walls with quoin detail.
Built on a relatively grand scale, this house, which is one of a pair, has moulded window surrounds, steps up to the main entrance and a garden to the front. It is situated on an elevated and prominent position above Kent Station.
