Terraced three-bay three-storey over raised basement house, c. 1830, with round-headed doorway having original Doric doorcase, fanlight and panelled door; windows replaced with uPVC; stone entrance steps and railings to front retained. Slate pitched roof with hipped end. Rendered walls.
One of an intact terrace on an elevated site above Kent Station, retaining original proportions as well as important details to the exterior, such as timber Doric doorcase, stone entrance steps and decorative railings.
