Terraced three-bay three-storey over raised basement house, c. 1830, having stone entrance steps and round-headed doorway; doorcase and windows replaced with uPVC and railings altered. Slate pitched roof. Rendered walls.

One of an intact terrace on an elevated site above Kent Station which although altered in terms of entrance door and windows retains original proportions, round-headed doorway and stone entrance steps. Some original railings survive.
