Terraced three-bay three-storey over raised basement house, c. 1830, having stone entrance steps, round-headed doorway and wrought iron railings; doorcase altered; timber sash windows retained, with the exception of the top floor. Asbestos tile pitched roof. Rendered walls.
One of an intact terrace on an elevated site above Kent Station, retaining original proportions and retaining important details to the exterior, such as timber sash windows and stone entrance steps.
