End-of-terrace three-bay three-storey over raised basement house, c. 1830, with entrance steps and round-headed door opening; refenestrated and opening size altered, c. 1965. Slate pitched roof. Rough cast render to walls.
Although this building has been altered it is one of an otherwise intact terrace on a very prominent site above Kent Station. It also retains its stone entrance steps and front railings.
