One of a pair of semi-detached three-bay three-storey double-pile houses, c. 1840, with single-storey annexe to rear; refurbished, c. 1880. Hipped roof with rendered chimney stack and tall decorative clay pots. Plain roughcast render to front elevation; plain render finish to rear and side. Plain render surrounds to window openings, moulded to entrance opening. Replacement single pane timber sash windows. Garden areas to front and rear. Detached garage.
Particularly intact early nineteenth-century semi-detached house, retaining original scale and form and significant original fabric.
