Flight of stone steps and enclosing wall, c. 1860, and replacement footbridge, c. 1950, consisting of concrete walkway on steel supports having steel balustrade; spans disused railway track.
One of the few surviving elements of Cork's now disused railways, built using local materials. Original wall increased in height and access blocked.
