What is recorded here

Coolsallagh holds a rath, an earthen ring built before written history and still visible beside the town. The official record preserves only its name and kind, leaving the builders, defenders and daily lives behind the bank to imagination. That absence is not a flaw; it is the shape of the place. A rath is a boundary drawn by human hands, and the hole it left in memory is large enough to walk through.
