What is recorded here
Coolreagh Castle stands as a ruined tower house in County Clare, its stones stripped of roof and purpose. It belonged to the age when local powers built tall defensible homes rather than broad palaces. The ruin still marks that hierarchy: height, sight, and resistance before comfort.
