Galláin is a pair of standing stones in flat pasture on the west side of the Glashagarriff River basin, aligned north-northeast to south-southwest with a combined length of 2.9 metres. The taller north-east stone rises 1.8 metres, the shorter south-west stone 1.25 metres, leaving a narrow 1.25-metre gap between them. They may have marked a boundary, a path or a moment when people wanted the land to remember something. Whatever they recorded, they are still pointing across the pasture, waiting for someone to read the direction.
In flat pasture, on W side of Glashagarriff River basin. Stones, aligned NNE-SSW, stand 1.25m apart; overall length is 2.9m. NE stone is 0.9m L, 0.45m T and 1.8m H. SW stone is 0.8m L, 0.4m T and 1.25m H. (O Nualláin 1988, 243, no. 96)
