Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c.1790, having recent timber shopfront to front (north) elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Diminishing square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills to first and second floors front (north) elevation, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Timber shopfront having channelled pilasters surmounted by capped consoles, recent frieze and dentilated cornice with lead cladding. Square-headed window opening having fixed timber-framed two-pane display window over rendered stall riser. Square-headed door opening having glazed timber door.

A well-proportioned building which forms an integral part of a terrace of fine buildings. Though altered at ground floor level, the upper storeys retain their historic character, through the retention of sash windows, tooled limestone sills and a slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods.
