Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c.1780. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and replacement uPVC rainwater goods with cast-iron down pipe. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with rendered plinth to front (east) elevation. Diminishing camber-headed window openings with tooled stone sills throughout, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to ground and first floors and three-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to second floor. Round-headed door opening within timber doorcase, comprising channelled pilasters and panelled timber reveals, surmounted by dentilated pediment. Tooled limestone stepped approach with cast-iron boot scrape. Timber panelled door surmounted by spoked fanlight.

A fine house which forms part of a terrace of imposing three-storey houses. Its broad street frontage elevates it above its neighbours and was clearly built as a high status home. It retains much of its historic character and charm.
