Detached five-bay two-storey coach and stable house, c. 1830, renovated c. 1985, converted to dwelling. Cantilevered stairs from yard to west and gateway to south-west corner. Brick paviours to yard, rubble stone flanking walls with cut stone piers to north side, timber matchbaord double gates to rear lawn, c. 1900. Yard to south with rubble stone street wall, cantilivered granite stairs to first floor with wrought-iron balustrade.
