On the summit of a ridge and adjoining the N end of a rath (SL027-055001-). An irregular area (c. 18m N-S; c. 45m E-W) defined by a fosse (Wth c. 3m) SW-SE and by the N perimeter of an adjacent rath (SL027-055001-) elsewhere. The fosse is marked by a dense growth of rushes. The surface of the interior is uneven and there is a slightly raised area in the E half.
