Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c.1820. Pitched artificial slate roof with roughcast and rendered chimneystacks, uPVC clad eaves and uPVC rainwater goods. Diminishing square-headed window openings with stone sills, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to first and second floors. Replacement uPVC casement windows to ground floor. Round-headed door opening having replacement timber panelled door surmounted by fanlight. Located facing onto Oliver Plunkett Street.

A well-proportioned building forming an integral part of a terrace of similarly houses. The round-headed doorcases and timber sliding sash windows are noteworthy features of the group, which bring historic character to the streetscape.
