On a level terrace in the Burren uplands (above the 900 foot contour), a transhumance/winter grazing area, with good views in all directions and with Sliabh Eilbhe visible to the S. Within a large field system (CL004-016001-). A mainly collapsed, circular clochan (diam. 9.2m) with portion of surviving wall along E (Wth 1.9m; H 2m) containing entrance/doorway lintels (Wth c. 1m), and traces of a potential window ope at W. Stands to N of centre of a large, subrectangular enclosure/field (49m NE-SW; 32m NW-SE). A small, rectangular livestock pen (est.
