Dumha Locha holds a children's burial ground, though no date or story has survived to explain who laid them there. The name itself is a wound: small bodies, separate from the main churchyard, hidden inside a local name still spoken by adults. Perhaps fever took them in a single summer, or perhaps they belonged to a family excluded from the usual ground. The absence of proof does not empty the place; it refuses to let you look away.
