Graveslab in Castledermot, County Kildare. Surviving upper portion of tapering granite slab, 0.84m long, 0.39 to 0.53m wide, 0.15m thick, bearing a partial inscription. The lower part is gone, perhaps broken by ploughs, taken for wall stone, or lost when the field changed hands. What remains is a tapering ribbon of granite, wide enough to carry a name but cut short before the name ends.
