The megalithic structure in Carrowmore (carbury By.) is in County Sligo, Ireland. This boulder circle with a central structure stood within the Carrowmore passage tomb cemetery and was shown on the 1837 Ordnance Survey six-inch maps as a circle of dots. It was already partly destroyed when Petrie recorded its remains as twenty four large stones, noting that the circle and its cromleac had been destroyed about three years before his visit. There is now no trace of the monument at ground level.

Indicated on the 1837 OS 6-inch maps as a circle of dots, it was already partly destroyed when visited by Petrie who described it as follows: ‘The remains of this circle, which was destroyed with its cromleac about three years since, consist of 24 large stones.'
