What is recorded here

No visible entrance, yet the twin banks and shallow ditch still trace a true circle thirty-seven metres wide. That is a rath, not a fairy tale: a built home, likely with a wooden gate at the south-west gap before walls and fields cut across it. The fair condition and clear shape mean it resisted ploughs, sheep and forgetting. Local names may call it a fairy fort, but the evidence points to a human dwelling that kept its form long after its people stopped living there.

In level pastureland. Circular rath (diam. 37m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The outer bank is visible from W through N to ENE.
