Cappaleitrim and Cloonburren share a boundary where a drainage operation uncovered a single right tibia in October 2000. The bone moved to the National Museum of Ireland while the surrounding earth kept its own silence. Perhaps a forgotten person lies beneath that field, waiting for the rest of the story to emerge.

In October 2000 a single human bone, a right tibia, was recovered from the spoil heap of a drainage operation at the boundary of Cappaleitrim and Cloonburren.
