Cappaghkennedy holds a circular hut site or possible barrow, seven and a half metres across, with a dished interior on high semi-karst rough pasture. A cairn sits thirty-three metres to the south, while an extensive field system surrounds the place. The stones may have marked a home, a burial or a boundary, but the land still keeps that shape.

A circular hut site (diam. c. 7.5m) or possible barrow with a dished interior, visible on OSi MapGenie orthophotography (2013-2018) and on Digital Globe (2011-2013).
