Gateway, extant 1841, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of octagonal piers having moss-covered polygonal capping supporting wrought iron double gates with creeper- or ivy-covered outer piers having overgrown capping supporting wrought iron railings. Avenue fronted in grounds shared with Cappagh House.
A gateway contributing positively to the group and setting values of the Cappagh House estate.
