Sweat Ho is a ruined sweathouse buried in a Leitrim field wall, reduced to a one-metre-deep hole where heat and shadow once worked the body. It sits beside a farmhouse on a north-west slope, small enough for one person to crouch inside, yet large enough to hold every muscle taut. The missing roof and broken entrance suggest people forgot the shape but never the function: a dark chamber where suffering became clarity.

Located at the bottom of a NW-facing slope and built into a field wall just to E of a farmhouse. It is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. The top is missing and the entrance at NE is destroyed, but the interior (int. diam. 1.2m; H 1m) is visible.
