Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Camlagh, County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears as a 35-40m circular enclosure on the 1837 Ordnance Survey map, sitting on a small rise at the south edge of a bog. The structure is no longer visible in the pasture, though it was probably a rath.
Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35-40m) only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a small rise at the S edge of a bog. It is not visible at ground level in pasture but it was probably a rath. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
